Stewart Morris

Force Ten Productions is the new television production company formed as a result of the restructuring of Original Productions UK Entertainment which was set up by Stewart Morris and Thom Beers in 2005. Los Angeles-based Thom is the brain behind some of America’s most successful documentary series including Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers, AxMen and Monster Garage. Stewart, Force Ten’s Managing Director, was a co-creator of ITV’s hit show, I’m A Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here and Sky One’s award-winning series, Brainiac: Science Abuse.
 
Originally a newspaper journalist, Stewart worked for London Weekend Television’s highly acclaimed factual programmes department before joining Nigel Lythgoe’s Entertainment department as an Executive Producer. Under Paul Jackson he was appointed ITV’s Head of Entertainment Features and went on to Executive Produce the hit NBC show, Hit Me Baby One More Time. His other credits include Fight School for Sky One, Rio Ferdinand’s World Cup Wind-Ups and Pop Stars: The Rivals for ITV and the controversial Channel 4 documentary, Bernard Manning’s Bombay Dreams. He also Executive Produced the celebrity access documentaries Being Simon Cowell and Being Victoria Beckham for ITV1.
 
Force Ten is currently in production with a second series of Trawlers, Rigs and Rescue: The North Sea for Virgin. The first season remains Virgin 1’s highest-rated series. The company has produced over 60 hours of programming in the UK for channels including Sky One, Bravo, Living and National Geographic.
